Founder, The After Glow Mentorship Academy
Sierra Skipper is a confidence and identity development mentor devoted to equipping teenage girls with the emotional strength, identity clarity, and leadership confidence necessary to thrive in today’s world.
She is the Founder of The After Glow Mentorship Academy, a structured mentorship experience designed to help young women build healthy boundaries, strengthen decision-making skills, and develop unshakable self-worth through faith-integrated guidance.
Sierra is currently pursuing studies in psychology at Luther Rice Seminary, further deepening her understanding of adolescent development, emotional intelligence, and identity formation. Her academic training complements her hands-on advocacy work, allowing her to blend spiritual insight with psychological principles in a balanced and responsible way.
Beyond mentorship, Sierra serves as:
• Committee Chair of the Social Justice Committee for the National Council of Negro Women
• Youth Committee Chair for the Rockdale Branch of the NAACP
• Board Member of Family Promise of NewRock
Her leadership across civic, faith, and community spaces reflects her commitment to equity, youth empowerment, and generational impact.
Through years of working with young girls navigating insecurity, peer pressure, comparison, and emotional overwhelm, Sierra recognized a critical need: preventative mentorship that builds girls before crisis ever begins.
Her signature 12-week framework, The Glow Method™, focuses on:
• Identity clarity
• Emotional intelligence
• Boundary development
• Relationship discernment
• Leadership confidence
Sierra believes confidence changes decisions — and decisions shape futures.
Her mission is not simply to inspire girls temporarily, but to equip them structurally.
The glow begins within — and Sierra is committed to helping every girl discover it.
